When you finish unloading, please park your vehicle behind the building. We want to reserve the front parking spots for the customers.

Show hours:

Friday: 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Outside booths can set up Saturday morning.  Your name will be in your booth spot so you can get there early to set up.  Do not park in the Fire Lane.  When finished unloading please park behind the building.  We will have an area inside to bring in your inventory Saturday at closing.

Both inside and outside booth spaces – stay within your measured spot.  You can not sit outside your rented area.

Do not keep inventory in any hallway or back area.  The concession stand will not be able to get through the hallway or doors.  Do not keep any inventory in any doorway or hallway.  We are renting another room just for inventory.  If you need inventory space, it will be on the Application.

Do not tack or tap signs on wall or curtains.  Please buy your own S hooks to hang your professionally made business sign on back drop.  Only business signs are allowed on the back drops.  DO NOT hang merchandise to sell on the back drop.  Vendor must provide their own display and business sign.  Vendor is not required to bring a sign if they do not have one.  Last year, too many vendors used the back drop as a display to sell their merchandise. This is not what a back drop is for. It is for business signs only. 

Wi-Fi is available.

No griddles or hot plates allowed.  Only crockpots can be used.

Do not pack up before 6pm.  Do not bring in boxes or dollies before 6pm.

Two vendor tags per vendor.  If you expect a worker to come in, please fill one out and leave it at admission table.  If you have more than two workers, you can purchase their admission and leave their filled out vendor tag at the admission table.  If someone is bringing you food, they must have a vendor tag at the admission table.  We did allow four passes in the past but vendors took advantage of this. We found vendors giving out vendor passes to customers in the parking lot.  If this continues, booth rent will have to go up.  Please respect this rule.

Vendors must where their vendor tag at all times.

Do not park up on the loading dock.  This facility only has one loading dock.  We have plenty of move in time here so please be patient.

This facility only holds 76 booths and we have booths outside.  Please stay within your rented area. Do not get boxes out or begin to tear down until 6pm
