If you are a new exhibitor, a Tax ID # is NOT required. Sunday morning tax envelopes will be handed out to every exhibitor. You will be required to fill out the information on front of envelopes. Tax money vendor collects will go in the State & Parish Tax envelopes. The Tax Department drops off the envelopes Friday and picks them up at the end of the show on Sunday. We will hand the envelopes out Sunday morning. Tax envelopes do not get mailed in or dropped off. The Tax department will get them at the show.
Wondering about booth location? Our regular vendors have their same booth space month-to-month. Vendors who pay first are placed on diagram. The location of your booth depends on what you sell. We keep the show well-balanced so we don’t have candles against candles. We only guarantee a specific booth space to the “regular” vendors. We work with each vendor to get them the spot they are happy with. If vendor waits for the week before the show to apply, however, the vendor may not have much of a choice. We aim to please but keep in mind, vendors who are a “regular” and those who pay immediately are placed first on the floor diagram. DPHB Shows also feels that all spaces are a good location. Customers walk the whole show to see what variety of exhibitors we have month to month.
Shop Til’ You Drop hopes you’ll join us for an art, craft, and gift show that will be profitable for everyone. Items that may be sold include: arts, crafts, selected imports and limited commercial products. Limits are placed on some of the item categories to ensure a well-balanced show.
